Ephesians 5:19 and 20 says, “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.”
One of the Biblical marks of a Spirit-filled believer is how he expresses himself in heartfelt praise to God. Certainly, the Lord is worthy of our highest and sincerest praise.
